Finn was born and educated in Denmark, where at a young age he soon found out that hard work was the only road to success. After high school he enlisted in the Norwegian Merchant Marine and later attended Arendal Maritime College in Norway, graduating with an International Master's License. He returned to the Merchant Marine where he traveled extensively worldwide.
Finn spent some years as a captain in America's glamorous world of yachting, rubbing shoulders with many of the rich and famous. These "connections" enabled him to open a very successful yacht sales office of his own. This sales experience is what led him to the real estate market.
"Selling real estate is like selling boats & yachts", he says, "Be willing to work hard to know your product, know your market and get acquainted with your client. Keeping the client informed is important in both buying and selling homes." Finn still retains his International Captain's License as well as an American Coast Guard License. He speaks Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and of course English. He is causal and friendly and we're sure you'll enjoy working with him.
Finn was wonderful to work with. We are out of state and he was so helpful with everything we needed. Thank you Finn!
This is my fourth real estate transaction using Coldwell Banker, three in Florida and one in Maryland. I'm always pleased with the service I received. Agent was very good.
